Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following policy applies:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will be required to prepay for future appointments.
